Public Meetings

9All Upton Parish Council meetings are held at Berrywood Hospital and are open to the public, although it is at the Chairman's discretion if individuals are allowed to pass comment. At every Full Council meeting (normally first Monday in the month) there is an Agenda item for Public Participation.

The Annual Parish Meeting is not a Parish Council meeting but one for the electorate and is a "Public Meeting" in every sense. The next Annual Meeting is due to be held on Monday 16th May at 19.00.
