Hunsbury Meadows Parish Council is made up of 8 elected Councillors and a Parish Clerk. Anyone living, working or owning land within the Parish boundary is eligible to stand.

Currently we have 1 councillor vacancy.

The Council can Opt-in members between the elections.

Cllr. Mandy Caunt

Chair

Mandy Caunt was co-opted to the Council in September 2017. In 2021 she was elected to be a Chair of the Council.

Cllr. Debbie Hammond

Vice Chair

Debbie is one of the original founder members of HMPC since its inception in 2013, prior to that she was an active member of the former Banbury Lane Residents Association. Debbie is also the founder member and Co-ordinator of an active Neighbourhood Watch scheme incorporating, Keystone and the section of Riverstone Way up to Quarterstone.

Debbie is one of the original residents of Riverstone Way and has lived in Hunsbury Meadows for 16 years.

Debbie has served in the Royal Air Force for 22 years and moved to Northampton in 1999. An experienced communications and personnel professional Debbie has worked for several businesses throughout the county and currently works in Milton Keynes.
